Currently, the challenge of all report is during preparation phase for the format and template to display much needed summary coupled with its dependency on raw data extraction.

The objective of the said cascade is to improve productivity through real time visual display of performance and relevant reports through utilization of readily available online tools or apps, in this case, we have Google sheets and Google slides.

This would eliminate majority of time exhausted during slide preparation as slides are automatically displayed and whenever there are updates in the working file.

As the updating of slides could be done on a daily, weekly, monthly depending on the agreed frequency this will enable real-time monitoring of performance.

The topics discussed using different excel formula like finding, filtering, checking the data with logic and querying from another google sheet.

Moreover, related information and health condition of a department or its associated KPIs are readily available to all Team leaders and members.

The work in progress is in having a seamless integration from google slides to our electronic dashboards and consolidated reports.
